  • Neither our treatments nor our coaching sessions can ever replace or substitute medical/psychiatric care as recommended by current standards in healthcare.

What to expect:

  • Most often, it will take multiple sessions to achieve results

  • You might get “homework”.

  • We can guide you, but without your own commitment, you cannot succeed. All we can do is help you to help yourself

About Marama

Being well can mean different things to different people, but it always comprises three different elements: being comfortable, being healthy, and being happy. The way we achieve these elements can vary.

With our different therapies and coaching sessions, we want to offer you different approaches to well-being. Though some of them can differ greatly from one another, they all have the same common goal: we want to create, together with you, those conditions in which you can thrive.

Key elements to this are helping you find balance and guiding you on a path of personal growth. Depending on which therapy you chose, we will focus on mind, body, or emotions (or all three) to achieve this holistic sense of well-being.

Our mission is to guide you on your journey of re-connection (with your body, your emotions, your thoughts, your environment, and with nature) thus paving the path for happiness, personal transformation, and self-healing.
